•          Delivery shedules are given as an indication  and cannot be considered as a firm commitment of the    company justifying a cancellation or a claim for compensation.

•        Cost of transportation, insurance and packaging will be charge to custumers.

•         Freight for export is depending of destination and volume of the shipment, special quotation may be proposed upon  request. 

•        In case in damage, replacements will be excuted, following conditions:

•         If the production defect have been mentioned upon delivery by registred mail to Provence Art&Deco,

•         If the stated transportation damages on the transport company'voucher upon receipt and confirmed by registred mail to Provence Art&Deco.
